The Santa Experience is exclusively held at Red Stiletto Studios in Downtown Norman, located at 226 E. Main Street, Norman, OK 73069.

Yes, you can bring siblings to the same session. Our private, 20-minute sessions are perfect for capturing the interactions between Santa and up to 5 children.

If you wish to bring more than 5 children, you must purchase a second time slot.  This way we can ensure that every child gets a personal 1 on 1 experience with Santa. This also helps us get each child acclimated to Santa and the environment, so we can bring out each child's unique personality and charms in every photo. 

Our private sessions provide a calm and friendly environment where children can take their time to get comfortable with Santa. Santa is wonderful with children and has worked with hundreds of families to gently build comfort and trust. We take our time, go at your child’s pace, and use simple, supportive techniques to help them relax and enjoy the experience.

Yes, all photos purchased will be professionally edited to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. You will receive beautifully crafted images that you can proudly display in your home. These retouches only enhance the image, rather than make your child(ren) look unrecognizable. 

You can also take your favorite photos to the next level with painterly Normal-Rockwell inspired photo editing. (Add-on available for additional fee).

After you book your session, we'll be sending out helpful emails and guides to help prepare you and your child for the session with Santa. These emails and guides contain tips about wardrobe, what to bring, and how to talk to your child about the experience to keep them excited and calm any nerves.

You totally can! This experience takes place in Santa’s house and personal space, and all props must be approved in advance to ensure they fit the set and overall experience.

We encourage families to bring wrapped gifts if you would like Santa to personally give them to your child, as well as any comfort items that help them feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit.

After your session, you will have a reveal and ordering appointment where you can purchase your favorite photos. The final edited images and products will be available within a few weeks, just in time for the holiday season.

We understand that life happens sometimes. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can see if we are able to assist. Due to the limited time nature of these sessions, reschedules will only be permitted on a case-by-case basis based on remaining availability. 

To preserve the magic of the experience and the quality of your images, personal photography and videography are not permitted during your session. The Santa Experience is a professionally photographed session, allowing you to relax, be present, and enjoy this special time with your family while we capture every magical moment for you.

Yes. This is a one-to-one experience designed to be inclusive for all children. Our studio is on the ground floor for easy access. Please let us know in advance about any sensory needs, mobility considerations, or wheelchair use so we can properly prepare and ensure a comfortable experience.
